The Valkyries are still playing, but some of the players who were with the team in training camp have already started their seasons elsewhere in the world so this will be the first of our Where are the Valkyries? columns, which will usually run weekly on Mondays. Any player who did not spend time with any other WNBA teams after the Valkyries this season will be covered and game videos as well as upcoming streaming information will be provided when available.
Caroline Ducharme
After joining the Valkyries having gone undrafted, Caroline Ducharme played her first ever professional competitive games with defending champions Explosivas de Moca in Puerto Rico. They started their season last Saturday and she had 4 points in 28 minutes in their 70-45 loss to Ganaderas de Hatillo. She had 16 points and a team-high 12 rebounds in 28 minutes on Saturday in a 98-54 win over Monarcas de Juana Diaz. She led all scorers with 25 points on Sunday, adding 6 rebounds in 36 minutes in their 65-64 win over Cariduras de Fajardo.

Cate Reese
Cate Reese is returning to Poland this season, joining the champions UMCS Lublin from Maria Curie-Sklodowska University. Their season started on Saturday when they faced Sleza Wroclaw in the Supercup. She had 11 points in 20 minutes as they won 78-60.
